Hi Jon, like you, I know that the study of these things is a continuous process. I can’t say I have gone any further than you have on this topic, although I may have a few questions about the way we are interpreting the metaphors.

I wonder if the perception that in the New heavens and the New Earth there is still evil might help those who are looking for a utopian existance. This appears to be a sticking point for some considering the preterist perspective.

I am enjoying reading your articles and will use them to discuss these issues with those who are also seeking answers. It is key, I think, to awaken the desire to learn, rather than just present the anwer. Too many appear content to go with the flow and not challenge the futurist narrative because it will alienate them from their friends.

BTW, the illustrations heading the topics are rather brilliant.
